A patient who visited our hospital on February 27, 2026, has been confirmed to have measles.
This patient visited our Emergency and Critical Care Outpatient Department during the period when he could infect the others. Although the consultation with the relevant patient took place in the infectious disease consultation room, it has been confirmed that the patient was in the general reception area for a short time. We are providing this information as other patients who were in the same place at the same time may have come into contact with this measles patient.

About Measles

Individuals who have vaccinated twice or already had measles are considered to have a low risk of infection.
If you were present at any of the above locations at the same time and experienced any of the following symptoms: ①rash, ②fever, ③cough, runny nose or red eyes, please refrain from coming to the hospital directly and contact us (0476-22-2311) or the Inba Public Health Centre Narita Branch (0476-26-7231) in advance.
