Opinions from patients and families

Our hospital collects opinions and suggestions from patients and others by setting opinion boxes and conducting patient satisfaction surveys. We work to improve medical services through committees consisting of several professions as well as the department in charge.

Opinion boxes

Opinion boxes are;
in front of Orthopedics Department (building A 1st floor) and Physiological test department (Building F 1st floor), also nearby Escalator (building A 2nd floor) and in the Day room of each medical ward.

We only respond to the post with the name of poster written on in order to answer based on the facts.
The answers will be posted on the boards in front of Orthopedics Department (building A 1st floor) and Physiological test department (building F 1st floor).

*We may not be able to respond depending on the content even when the poster’s name is written on the post.

Patient satisfaction survey

We conduct a patient satisfaction survey to both inpatients and outpatients once a year.
