Our hospital collects opinions and suggestions from patients and others by setting opinion boxes and conducting patient satisfaction surveys. We work to improve medical services through committees consisting of several professions as well as the department in charge.
There are suggestion boxes in front of the Orthopedics department (Ward A, 1st floor), escalator (Ward A, 2nd floor), Physiological Tests (Ward F, 1st floor) and day rooms in every ward. We only put out the answers to the suggestions and requests which are posted with the name of the poster. The answers are put up on the board in front of the Orthopedics department (Ward A, 1st floor) and Physiological Tests (Ward F, 1st floor).
We ask for cooperation, and conduct a patient satisfaction survey to both inpatients and outpatients once a year for certain period.
