Reception area for visitors

The General Reception area on the 1st floor of Building A is open for visits.
From 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., please enter the hospital through the emergency entrance (route) on the 1st floor of Building A.

Points to keep in mind during visits

1. Persons with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, have a cough, rash or other signs of ill health, and those who have been in close contact with persons infected with COVID-19 are not allowed to visit.
2. Please complete the Visitor’s Application Form and obtain a visitor’s card.
   ※If you print out and fill in the application form for visitors in advance, you can save time on procedures on the visiting day. Thank you for your cooperation.

3. Visits to patients staying in a room with multiple patients are restricted to the Day Room only.
4. Please refrain from eating and drinking during your visit.
