Notice of Vancomycin Resistant Enterococci (VRE) Detection

As ofOctober 27, 2026

On October 14, 2026, VRE was detected in one of our inpatients.
Subsequently, screening tests were conducted for other inpatients in the same ward, and another patient tested positive.

While reporting the incident to the relevant Public Health Center, we have already implemented stringent contact infection prevention measures for VRE carriers, enhanced environmental cleaning, and conducted further screening tests and other protective measures.
