Relaxation of hospital visitor restrictions

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within the hospital and to ensure the safety of hospitalized patients, visits to the hospital are limited to two family members, one visit per day, up to 30 minutes. Visits by persons under the age of 12 are not allowed.

Visitation restrictions are based on semi-state of emergency COVID-19 measures and the declaration of a state of emergency, and will be modified as appropriate.

Points to keep in mind during visits

1. Persons with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher, have a cough, rash or other signs of ill health, and those who have been in close contact with persons infected with COVID-19 are not allowed to visit.
2. Please keep the number of visitors to no more than two family members.
3. Visitors will be asked to take their temperature in the reception area. Persons with a temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will not be allowed to visit.
4. Please complete the Visitor’s Application Form and obtain a visitor’s card.

5. Wear a mask and disinfect your hands before and after visiting.
6. Visits to patients staying in a room with multiple patients are restricted to the Day Room only.
7. Please refrain from eating and drinking during your visit.

Visiting hours

• Weekdays: 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• Holidays: 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
• The Pediatric Ward visiting hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day.

Reception area for visitors

The General Reception area on the 1st floor of Building A is open for visits.
From 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., please enter the hospital through the emergency entrance (route) on the 1st floor of Building A.
