[Warning] Beware of Suspicious Phone Calls Claiming to Be from Our Hospital Staff

Recently, we have received many reports of suspicious calls from someone claiming to be a doctor or staff at our hospital. If you cannot think of any reason why you should have received the call, or if you feel suspicious about it, please ask for the caller's name, department and phone number, then hang up. Then, call our main phone number (0476-22-2311). Do not call the number provided by the caller.

Examples of Suspicious Phone Calls

•  "This is XX from the ENT department. Your son needs to undergo emergency surgery, and we need money."
• "Your son is currently under medical care at our XX outpatient department. He may have a hereditary disease, so could you please provide us with the medical history of his family members?”
